A day after creating buzz by teasing a “mystery guest,” Kamath released a new promo on Thursday, revealing that Prime Minister Modi featured in the latest episode.
Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, host of the popular podcast People by WTF, has unveiled his special guest for Episode 6 – none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A day after creating buzz by teasing a “mystery guest,” Kamath released a new promo on Thursday, revealing that Prime Minister Modi featured in the latest episode.

In the teaser, Kamath is seen engaging in a candid conversation with PM Modi, sharing lighthearted moments and discussing various topics.

“I am sitting here in front of you and talking; I feel nervous. It’s a tough conversation for me,” Kamath tells PM Modi.
To this, PM Modi responds with a smile and says “This is my first podcast. I don’t know how it’ll go with your audience.”

Earlier on Wednesday, Kamath had shared a teaser without revealing the identity of his guest, leaving fans to speculate. Many quickly guessed that the “mystery guest” might be PM Modi.
In that teaser, Kamath was reminiscing about PM Modi’s visit to Bengaluru a few years ago to meet startup founders.
He recalled asking the Prime Minister several questions during that interaction, prompting PM Modi to laugh in response. However, the guest was not shown but many guessed (and rightly so) that it could be PM Modi.
This marks the Prime Minister’s debut on a podcast, despite his own experience hosting the monthly radio show Mann Ki Baat. The episode is expected to shed light on PM Modi’s thoughts on startups, leadership, politics and more.
